Return of goods

  • It is carried out in accordance with the procedure and under the conditions defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
  • It is possible if its product appearance, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase and conditions of ordering the specified product are preserved.
  • It is carried out at the address specified on the site in the "Contacts" section.

Exchange of goods

  • Happens under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"
  • The consumer has the right to exchange non-food products of good quality for which exchange and return is allowed, for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased for the same within 14 days, without taking into account the day of purchase.
  • Carried out, if not used, retained its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued with the goods sold.
  • If you have already ordered the product but it has not yet been shipped from the warehouse, you can cancel the ordered product by notifying the manager by phone.
  • If you received the wrong product, you should call a manager to help resolve the issue.
  • Refund claims will be accepted no later than 14 days after receipt.
  • When sending a parcel through the carriers office, courier service, carrier companies, the actual return date is the date stated on the parcel.

Cash back

  • Money for the goods you return will be credited to the account from which the payment was received, or to the branch of the carrier company where the order was sent to the same recipient. Deadline - 30 business days after receiving the return, but not earlier than your payment for the ordered product (subject to postpay).
  • If you return good quality goods, you will be refunded their cost, without shipping cost.
  • When returning a product of poor quality, we return not only its value, but also the cost of shipment to you.
  • The cost of goods returned in violation of the terms of return (for example, you have not shipped the goods completely, partially without seals / labels) is not reimbursed, and the goods are not returnable to the client.
